Raising a pre-booking query

Holiday Autos were prompt in responding to my query and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. As soon as both countries' covid restrictions allow travel from UK to USA I will certainly be hiring my rental car from Holiday Autos. This is such a different experience from the one I had in 2018 with, probably the largest rental agency when, without my knowledge, the rep. included extras I had not requested (upselling?) and, naively, I failed to check the contact thoroughly. Thanks for your interest Pissed Consumer.
