My name is Sharrie Timmons I reside at O'Dwyer Gardens. My complaint characterizes the rent increases I had in the last few years but my income has not changed since I retired. I would like to know how my Occupational Specialists calculates my income data yearly then comes to the conclusion another rent increase when my income has not changed. Moving forward I want to know the reason. When will I hear a response from The Housing Complaint Board
