Radio Shopping Show scams customers

2

We bought a certificate for Steak N Shake from the Radio Shopping Show in Colorado Springs, not expecting what the small print read: "$20 value good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Must spend $30 (WHAT?!) to get the $20 off, and 20% gratuity required. (We always tip generously -- just don't like being ordered to do so.) When I showed this at the Radio Shopping Show, the woman at the desk was curt, cut me off and said, "No refunds." On the same day, we also bought a certificate for Extreme Pizza, which requires spending $25 for a $20 meal. I believe the show's host should let people know what the actual costs will be for many of their meals. Needless to say, we won't be buying certificates from the show again.
