Radaris has 2 listings of my businesses on their company website BizStanding that need to be removed! I already went through a lot of trouble to have information removed from Radaris but this was after multiple, dishonest replies that it’s impossible (until I finally got one honest person who was willing to remove a listing on Radaris). BizStanding gave the same replies as Radaris about not removing listings “They’re unable to remove any information because these are cached search engine results from other sources. “ “I will need to update the primary source (BizStanding!) “ This is their own company (the same company that has been refusing to provide assistance) I explained that I had been unable to access and update the listings on BizStanding which is why I’ve repeatedly requested assistance! They’re instructing me to do something that they’re aware is impossible! BizStanding is actually stating that a BizStanding listing cannot be removed because I need to go to BizStanding (the primary source to make any updates)! Again, I explained that if that was a possibility I would not be in need of their assistance. I explained that I’m aware that it’s not impossible to remove listings because I got identical replies from Radaris until someone from Radaris finally did remove a listing but they continue to ignore my repeated requests for assistance and are refusing to help or to be honest.
