I have been using Quickbooks for 25 years and then out of nowhere we were locked out from receiving any bank information until we paid for a renewal. After the renewal was paid $158 we were unknowingly transferred to the online system. Now QB is deducting money that has doubled in one year for annual renewals wish they were not given permission to do. I was told if we did not pay our files would be locked. I am reporting this to the Kentucky Attorney General's office.In my opinion this was illegal.
