Received items I never ordered so I called, expecting the usual cold, "you're wrong" attitude. Much to my surprise and appreciation I spoke with a very friendly and helpful man who actually spoke with me and helped straighten out the order problem. Turned out to be a mistake at our local post office resulting in the item being placed in my PO box by mistake. The whole deal was treated with respect, humor and a personal touch that was most appreciated. If I am ever in the market for herbal products I will certainly check with you!!
