Question about non acceptance o my card payment

I tried using my credit card but it refused to be accepted. But the customer service was so great that when I called my problem was easily solved. Customer service was knowledgeable , efficient , patient , and very pleasant. Thank you Macys. User's recommendation: Macy’s is a great store to shop. Products are reasonably priced with good quality.
