Question about gift card

So their gift cards have just a printed number on it like its written in ink and a majority of the number wiped away and theres no way to look the card up without the number so I pretty much have a 25$ gift card that is trash and cant use it or have it replaced. I'm very dissatisfied.dont buy their gift cards. User's recommendation: Don't buy gift cards.
