Question about changing the flight.

Hallo. I get today a message that my flight from 04.07.2021 is changed to 05.05.20021. unfortunately i have no free days anymore and Monday i need to be at work already. I have an option to ask about refund the flight but only return flight which changed is. But in that case i can't go to Katowice on 03.07.2021 and i need to cancel that flight. How can I get refund of that flight ?
