The bed is a year old. It squeaks so loud every time my husband or me turns, and sags already. I have contacted Babes at the Pretoria branch where I bought it. I have send photos when I send in my complaint in Sept 2020. Babes from the branch in Pretoria did send multiple times emails to the Company, but no one replies.
