Quality Nissan in Temecula ripped me off.

I took my car to Quality Nissan in Temecula, Ca. for a warranty repair. After making me wait in their customer lounge for an inordinate amount of time, they told me I had the wrong oil in my car and my warranty was being voided. I knew the oil was the correct oil, so I called Nissan's Customer Complaint office. They sent me to a different Nissan dealer who fixed the problem in just a few minutes. They also assured me I was using the correct oil, my warranty was still in force, and they couldn't explain why the people at Quality Nissan behaved the way they did.
