Had a rino rack fitted on ute roof to attach a pilot vehicle oversize load ahead sign an beacon lights and was informed it had to be a permanent attachment only to have it torn off within 15 min and found out it was pop rivited and was told thats how thay fit them but if i had a rack it would have been bolted ? the panel beaters i approached agreed the manner in which the rack was fitted was very bad / RS now i'm fighting to get active gear to fix the damage "update" after some stuffing around and threats of logging them onto this site and consumer affairs i have now got my vehicle repaired and refunded for the rack thankfully i won this time . Thankyou for giving the consumer somewhere to voice there complaints of rip off merchants and bad service
