!!!I have sent emails to StoneBridge customer service around ten times only one reply. The certification team cannot tell me why they didn't send my both certificates to me since I completed the postal address 39 days ago(she said only need 2/4 weeks to receive). The Quality Assurance Officer told me she have my certificates re-ordered and will dispatch to me ASAP. But still no reason why they didn't send to me in the first time! I really don't want to wait another month! Now I have sent email again and again, still! No reply! And I called the customer service, the staff told me the certification team doesn't have a hotline! Only email! But who should I contact if nobody replies! Please contact me on [protected]@qq.com ASAP!
