Purchased product June 29, 2020. Order number 2465031. The company processed my payment of $1, 091.67. Thru automated email, I received immediate order acknowledgement. To date, I have not received shipping information. I have called the company, emailed the company, and chatted thru their website email. Company is unresponsive. I suspect fraud. The wait times on phone calls are typically more than 1 hour wait time in which they are claiming higher than normal call volume. It does not matter what time of day that I have called.
