Purchased Movie/Didn’f receive email receipt/Support refuses to send receipt upon request 3x

Title pretty well states problem. I purchased a movie but never received email receipt. Over time there have been multiple occasions when a purchased streaming movie went missing from my queue. When this occurs, it is removed from purchase history. So, I began holding on to purchase receipts. This time when I didn't receive receipt at all, I contacted believing it to be little trouble to either resend or send for 1st time. After asking 3x support simple won't send receipt and won't respond at all to further requests.
