Purchased an Apple Watch. Had it about two weeks and face plate coming off. Bought insurance but unable to contact anyone to get it fixed.

Watch face broke two weeks after delivery unable to get in touch with anyone. Phone number goes directly to this website not to I took. Does not appear to be a reputable company would not recommend buying anything from them. Also dont buy the insurance because you cant get in touch with anybody to use the insurance. User's recommendation: Unable to reach company after delivery. Doesn’t appear to be a reputable company.
