Purchased a pool in 2020 – worst decision I ever made!!

Update by user May 23, 2021 Well.....Kayak Pools was very responsive and a Manager continues to tell me the crew will reach out to me regarding repairs, BUT it has been three weeks with no contact by the crew. I am back at square one. NO SUPPORT from Kayak. Update by user May 11, 2021 Kayak Pools has been very responsive since my contact with Pissed Consumer and I really appreciate the help. Original review posted by user Apr 20, 2021 My pool was installed by poorly trained people. The rails around the pool and the ladder have two or more holes drilled to try to get it to line up. It looks terrible and they will not even respond to this issue. I intend to take this to small claims court. I paid extra $4000 to have them remove all excess dirt from my property and fill in around the pool. They never did this and refuse to address it. User's recommendation: Go ANYWHERE else!
