I was sold a mobile sim for £10 on the basis that I didn't have to use the sim instead the credit would be applied to my beauty card. It was activated for me by the team leader of the Tooting Broadway branch via her inshore tablet. I was told with the sim I would be a recipient of double points on my purchase. To this day, none of the promises have materialised. The £10 is not on my beauty card and I've not been receiving double points on my purchases. The worst aspect of this is that SUPERDRUG doesn't have a number on which you can speak to someone verbally. I went on one of those chats trying to get someone to help me and I had no luck with that either. I am kindly asking if this could be rectified for me. User's recommendation: Do your research by looking at reviews and don't be too gullible for deals, you might end up losing.
