Order and correspondence with seller. The seller states in its ad to please be patient while you wait for your order. I ordered a dress and necklace on 4/24/21, expecting to wear it on 5/22/21. I was charged for it on 4/24/21. I waited patiently until 5/16/21, before I even checked on my order. I emailed the seller, and they sent me tracking information. The tracking information was for someone else's order that had already been delivered! I waited until Friday, 5/21/21, to see if the item would arrive. When it had not arrived, I contacted them, again, THEY SAID MY ORDER HAD NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED AND THEY WOULD SHIP IT NEXT WEEK! I finally received a package with a dress and necklace on 5/28/21. THE DRESS WAS 3 SIZES BIGGER THAN THE ONE I ORDERED! Their response has just been, "Don't order, if you don't want to wait." I asked them on what planet is it acceptable for them to blame the customer, when they can't provide the merchandise? I have requested a refund. We will see what happens. User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else!
