Pump petrol Using Debit Card

I would like to launch a complaint against Petronas petrol kiosk located at Taman Sri Sentosa - Roshan Jaan Enterprise dated 23 March 2021 at 10:54am . I went to pump in petrol using a debit card. After the Cashier named Suci Syahriawati had done the transaction . I walked out to the pump section no.5 to pump in the petrol . During that time I saw one of the malay lady assistant standing there at the pump section helped me to pump in the petrol but the same pump no.5 was not functioning . So she suggested me to go to the counter to redo the transaction again. Then I went in to the counter, Cik Suci Syahriawati said the transaction is approve and suddenly she said it was been cancelled. She asked me to redo the transaction the second time but it was failed. She also printed one of the receipt and show me the purchase item is zero. Then I was asked to pay by cash as I pay by cash the amount shown on the Pump no.5 Then she also printed another cash and debit card transaction receipts for me. Both of them asked me to keep the receipts and wait for 3 to 4 days to get back my refund. After leaving the petrol kiosk I gave a call to the debit card customer service . The Customer service said that the transaction has been made using the debit card but it was mentioned by Suci Syahriawati that it was cancelled . My question is whom going to refund me the money . Two Transactions - debit card and cash was been made at the same day but the card - the pump no. 5 - the amount doesn't captured, the cash -the amount captured meaning there is two transactions only one time pumping in petrol.
