After speaking to no less than FOUR separate reps at Republican Services (St. Louis and Las Vegas), and being assured that they would pick up our couch on Memorial Day, a holiday, with no service, we noticed that no one in our neighborhood has their trash out. Their reps don't listen, and they sure don't care. Terrible company. User's recommendation: Avoid like the plague.
