Pull cord on new mower won’t pull

Horrible experience and I would never recommend Craftsmen to anyone! Took over an hour to get someone on the phone then was given two places to take it to be fixed for free. Called them and one had a wait of at least 4 weeks and the other was 3 weeks and we would have to pay to get it fixed then if craftsmen reimbursed them then they would pay us back because theyve been burned to many times. So I had to call around and find another place and take it there and now wait about a week. Wouldve just returned it but the store had no more mowers except battery. User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything Craftsman.
