Hi I have a pending issue on my account from a year ago when everyone got hit with the identify fraudulent claim . It has yet to be even looked at or cleared off so I can start getting paid . I have received emails saying I am eligible for up to 79 weeks. Everytime I call I get a different answer and I just feel like I am getting the run around . Me and my family is now struggling bad because I have no income due to the one pending issue on my account. I have sent in everything I could send in to prove I am Ashley may . This is very upsetting to me and my family . I can barely pay my bills and my landlord is waiting on me to pay my mortgage so me and my family won't end up on the streets .
