PTR booked the wrong dates for us

We used Premier Travel Resorts to book a vacation on 12/26/18. We followed their stringent booking process to a T several months in advance and they confirmed our dates and everything. Our family hopped on a plane and arrived the night of 12/26 and to our horror the hotel said our booking was for 11/26/18 and they did not have a room for us. We had to wait 4 hours for them to find another room, and it was a very close call. Our family was very close to being stranded in a strange place. Afterwards I called to complain and demand a partial refund of our $267 fee from PTR management. I feel I can not trust their booking service after our ordeal and have no wish or desire to continue using their services. Their response was that it was human error and it happens a lot, and they refused to issue any type of refund or compensation.
