Went to there web sight called numerous psychologists they all say that they are not with insurances they pay out of pocket. So why are they on there sight. Haven’t said anything but I need a psychologist for my son and told them what and the way my son was feeling. The customer service rep. Threw HighMark BCBS said that’s all she can help me with is what’s on the we sight. I asked to speak to Supervisor and was on hold for 10 min. So I hung up. I told her this was a life or death situation but she had no compation at all. “P” was the rep. So not sure why they try to put it on me. I need help.
