Customer Service of MBNA Re: COMPLAIN Credit Card 5491...........9583I am a long time a holder and user of your Credit Card “CARP ZOOMER”. I was always satisfied with using this card and as you may find, I was always properly pay my bills. However, for the last two-three weeks, I am experiencing very unpleasant experience – also embarrassing, when I want to use this card.I already talked over the phone with your Customer Services representative. That lady was very surprised that I was unable to use this card in Wallmart and she assured me I can use it normally. However 10 of October I could not use again this CARP CREDIT Card. Cash computer was refusing to accept this card. Even it charged me $1 for every trying.Today, Monday, October 15 it happened again. Cash register in MEDIEXRESS FARMACY in Burlington asked to remove the card and did not accept it for a payment. I was using this card in this store, as well in Wallmart, for years without any problem. Now, I had to experience embarrassment.I assume that you have some disorder concerning this card. A few weeks ago I got a letter signed by your Vice-president, saying that your company is braking cooperation with ZOOMER. Because that we will get a new card, which we will get it before the end of September. Until receiving a new card, we can used the present card as always. I assume, that company forgot to send the new card and made the present card invalid, or you changed the decision.Any way, what ewer is the reason, it is a very unfortunate, since it makes for us customers a very embarrassing situation. I really protest against such a negligence and ignorance toward customers. I am expecting a true explanation this very unusual situation.
