This plane ride had changes from United airlines. We had no choice but to cancel. I tried 3 times to get help by phone only to be hung up on by automated services. I also could not get your virtual agent to open the texts so i could text them. I was trying to determine if there was another later flight...once I found from the airline there was no flights available I had to cancel. I know your system keeps telling me that I have to give 24 hour notice. But the airline only gave us a few hours notice about the trip delay that would cause us to miss our flight. I wish that your site was more user friendly. Calling your phone number did not work, Virtual assistant did not work. I do not believe I will be using your site anymore...too many uncertainties if there is a problem there is no way to seek help.
