I sent a shipment from Aramex Egypt to Spain since February and it was a night I paid all the fees and Aramex didn't inform ups and my parcel lost please no manager here employees are losers I need help I sent thé parcel at February and the shipment delayed because of system problems and then I paid for the whole fees and Aramex didn't inform or update that I paid the whole feels to the middle company UPS and now the shipment now in lost and found in Germany and no one reply Especially the employee Ayat Ali and his manager Mohamed Issa I call every single day and every day the front office reply they will get back to me wz update or resolution but no one call me back
