I recently became a licensed soccer referee. I searched far and wide on the internet for the best prices on good referee jerseys. I found a brand that I was familiar with and called them to inquire if their jerseys were the "new style" jersey, as instructed by our referee board. The woman who answered their phone assured me that they were the "new style", so I ordered 3. When they arrived, I immediately noticed that one was long sleeved, so I called and returned that on for credit right away. When I attended our next board meeting, I saw another ref's new jersey and realized that the ones I purchased were NOT the "new style", but rather the old. I was again told that I needed the "new style" to be assigned games by the board. I called, was given the run around. I contacted the BBB and it's been almost 6 weeks and prosoccer.com as not replied back to them in answer to my complaint. There is nothing the BBB can do.
