Property return after accident claim

I currently have an open claim with Turo due to the theft of my rental vehicle .There was property in the car at the time of the accident; 2 cell phones the base to my granddaughters car seat and a PS4. The claims department referred me to the host; the host referred me back to the claims department. I only received my son's identification back when the plates were returned to the dealership. The ID was in the wallet attached to one of the cell phones so someone must have seen the remainder of the property. How can I find out where the car is stored to obtain whatever is in the car? This is beyond frustrating as the accident occurred on 5/17. The claim number is 160672,
