I can definitely vouch for ShowMeCables customer service. I placed my order for a simple video cable and unfortunately, it went missing during the shipping process. I contacted them and they immediately offered to send another one, free of charge - even though it was their mistake! It took a few weeks for the new item to actually arrive but Show Me Cables was always quick to get back with me about tracking information and quickly resolved any issues. Overall an excellent service.
