Prompt response, very polite and informative.

I signed up with another agency and it is January 2 and there has been no contact other than a vague letter - no confirmation of coverage, which was supposed to be effective Jan 1. I called the contact number, had to leave my number for a call back within 24 - 48 hours. I called Justin, left my number and he called back within a couple of hours. It is too late to change now, but he was very helpful and will followup with me near my birthday, when I will change agents to him. I recommend him based on his response time and the information he supplied. I do not recommend the other agency, EHealth.
