They advertise customer service but the pressure to the workers in customer service has led most to quit and have health issues....

Agent Brad Tyson was suppose to call right after the New Year , NO CALL so I called. We talked about the different options and he was suppose to call back to follow up the next week NO CALL . Don’t waste your time with this company.
