Project Delay

I ordered nuts, washers, and bolts from Grainger on 2/15/2018. My nuts and washers were to arrive at Graninger for pick up two days later and the bolts were expected to arrive 2/22/2018 according to Grainger. On 2/26/2018 I called Grainger for the second time to see where my bolts were and I was told they have no way to know. Basically, there is nothing they can do, and all I can do is wait - so is my project! If I were as undependable as Grainger is, I wouldn't have any customers . . . I may lose this customer, they aren't very happy about the delay. Thanks Grainger {{REDACTED}}
