Gift Blooms told my sister to provide another address, stating they do not have access to the military base ( I live close to a Military base but not on the base). She told them that my address is not on the base, but they insisted on another address, which I provided. However, the delivery date has passed, and they are yet to deliver the two items purchased. The company keep going back and forth.
