Product not wanted ordered by mistake

I received a bill for a product that I ordered by mistake, the product was sent back. I emailed several times that it was a mistake and sent it back. I sent the bill back with a note that I ordered it by mistake> I've been using PCH since 2010 ordered a few thing but never received a prize.
