Personalized Baby shower gift was not delivered and couldn't be located by NetFlorist. Then it seemed as though another order was fraudulently signed under my name as delivered, although it was a different order number and it was never delivered. Their agent said they would refund me, but they never did. An agent from their customer services also confirmed they would refund, but they never did.
