First time I used the 2 quart Bistro Windsor Wolfgang Puck pan, the handle was unusually hot. I second guessed myself and thought, perhaps I had it to close to another burner, which seemed unlikely. Didn't think much of it UNTIL I used it a second time with NO other burners on and it scorched the heck out of my hand when I pulled it off the burner. So much so that I dropped the pan! I called the company. Didn't get any inclination they thought anything of it. There solution was to use something to wrap around the handle next time. Really? Not customer friendly nor do they have a customer ever. Too bad. Please BEWARE this is a dangerous pan!
