Dealing with the Artificial Intelligence at Cafe Press creates more problems to be solved than you had in the first place. My order was first cancelled for me when I simply asked if duty would apply to package; when I responded to please please please fulfill the order, I was asked for order number which was in the subject line (beyond A.I. parameters I guess!). Later, when I tried again to confirm that package was on track (the year for delivery was listed as "2013" in 2018), I got no response at all. I wondered if this was code for "cancelled". Fortunately my son texted me when he received it and reported it looked good and was without duty. Cafe Press should trash their A.I. and just deal with the shipment of their goods through the end user (thumbs up for package arrived, thumbs down if not). You don't need A.I. frills - this is the only way to know what is going on with your order.
