The security system is the WORST ever! Dont buy a Night Owl! The app is useless. I doubt its been updated in the last 10 years. When I need to view my cameras from a location other than my home, I get a message saying the DVR is not connected. But if I am at home I can view the cameras. Literally dozens of calls to tech support with no solutions. I will be getting a new, reliable system soon. Probably the one my son has at his business called DAHUA Technology DMSS. I have access to it. NO PROBLEMS whatsoever User's recommendation: WARNING! Do not buy Night Owl.
