Received product timely but it did not work as described after many tries. I contacted Pet Gentle and was told I could get a partial refund and just keep the product. I still can't use it so I'm out money but it would have cost me postage to send it back so I thought the partial refund made it a wash. This issue was handled satisfactorily. User's recommendation: Check reviews to see if others think the product works for them. It did not for me.
