My son bought a 65 inch sansui tv on Friday morning via online. It was delivered yesterday but it cane damaged out of the box. He immediately phoned and reported the product and was promised a call back. He needs the tv as he is working from home. This is getting ridiculous. He has phoned numerous times and all empty promises. Please respond to this email by contacting him and resolve this matter.
