Product damaged – customer service ignoring contact attempts
My product arrived damaged and unusable. After a month of calling and emailing with no response I am giving up and instead warning others about this site. Don't lose $140 like me! I even emailed the President (who had sent an email to thank me when I ordered)! I've never had this bad of an experience in my 20 years of ordering online. How can they expect to survive by selling junk that doesn't work and then not taking it back. I read on another website that the person disputed with their Visa and Allegro credited it to close the dispute, then charged them again. Crazy. I'm just going to write them off and keep my blood pressure calm.
