My family stay was for one night from 7/16/21 to 7/17/21. Our air conditioning didn't work, we had no refrigerator, the coffee supplies were missing, and the pool was closed. We were told the pool was closed due to Covid. Everything is now open in New York so we were not told the truth. After sending a security guard to "fix" a maintenance problem for the air conditioning, the staff change my room at 11 pm. at night. By this hour my family should have been settled in and resting. However, the air conditioning was at best, minimal. My family was hot and exhausted from a full days travel. I'm guessing the hotel was having equipment issues that went unresolved with their cooling system. We received zero comfort in your hotel staff support. I am requesting a full refund for my family's stay. Your hotel did not provide a decent place to rest our heads.
