To whom it may concern, Purchased Lorex one camera LW4211B and one 4K ultra HDD model D841A8B-Z under order L1224818 on June21/21 and wanted to purchase a 5 year warranty for each item that were purchased within the 60 day period of day purchased and is still under the 60 day purchased period but was refused by Lorex reps on Aug28/21. Note I have been a valuable customer for years and now being refused a warranty purchase on items that qualify will make me think twice about ever purchasing or saying anything nice about Lorex and I will let everyone I can know what happen to me. Please contact me if Lorex has any heart on doing the right thing on my request. There still is time.
