Problems with tv can’t get help without paying an expert.

My name is Evelyn Young please call me at 309-989-****. I put in this message on yesterday. When I turn the tv on I only get screen savers no pictures, can not change the channels. It is impossible to reach anyone at RCA. I tried several numbers. User's recommendation: If you buy a RCA tv make sure you get a working number for customer service.
