Reservations in Savanna Georgia were made and confirmed parking of $20.00 daily. Upon arrival parking was increased to 39.00 daily even though reservations made well in advance. No attempt to resolve. Most recent stay in Mt Home Ark. Reservation made and AARP discount was to be applied. Upon arrival, Hilton honors was used and no one at hotel was able to make changes for lower rate. I am a frequent Hampton Inn customer and this has never happened. I also have requested my Silver membership card and have not. Please advise. Thank you
