Problems with refund

even now I have not received a refundI'm waiting for the money to be refunded. following the discussion I had on the phone with amazon representatives, they said that my money will be returned in 5 days. but even now I have received nothing. I sweated at the bank and they said there was no refund transaction from amazon User's recommendation: even now I have not received a refund.
