Hello, The new IT Portal just released is pathetic. 1. My Date of Birth is INCORRECT. Doesn't match my PAN or Aadhar card. And I don't seem to have any way of correcting it! 2. The Grievance system doesn't work. The required drop-down menus are not functional and it is impossible to file a grievance report 3. Updates that I made to my contact details are not properly reflected when I log in. 4. The Contact phone numbers listed DO NOT work when calling from the USA. Why can't the phone numbers listed be in proper International format? 5. I am unable to use a US phone number as my contact number. The error checking insists that numbers can only start with digits 9, 8, 7 or 6??
