Problems with my booking

We booked an apartment in sochi for the 27 July to the 1st of August. We arrived in sochi the morning if the 27th .and our check in time was specified on the airbnb app to be 15:00 in the afternoon .at 14:00 we called the owner/host enquiring about when we will meet him and that we have arrived .He then proceeded to tell us that he has given our apartment to someone else ,whilst we have paid our booking fee in full .he then told us he will not be canceling the booking and that we should do that ,knowing that we would get no money refunded to us .we are out of money and stranded .
